I hate that I responded to this post because I keep seeing all these responses disrespecting Wanda.
Telling a man that has betrayed your country that sure you loved him but he is a traitor now and that love won’t protect him from facing his punishment isn’t the same as killing your current love who literally has done nothing wrong while you hope that there is another way.
Self sacrifice is not the same thing either. Steve did not kill Peggy, and I think it would go absolutely against his character to have “killed Peggy to save people” especially since he was not on board with sacrificing Vision either.
And again, Wanda very much did in fact blow Vision to bits while fending off Thanos one handed. Okoyé is a bad ass, but we don’t need to put down other female characters for having very human feelings.
