Today’s aesthetic: keeping the same tab open in your browser for three solid weeks because you’re definitely going to get around to reading and/or acting on whatever’s in it any minute now.

Binding tips from gc2b for all you trans dudes and other individuals who bind! Gc2b binders are great and not super expensive, halves are about $33. They ship in the U.S. and internationally. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking into getting a binder.
Stay safe kiddos!
HOW TO WASH YOUR BINDER:
Okay, so I know that binding isn’t something a bunch of us wanna talk about with our parents, and I also know that many of us can’t do laundry, especially when things need to be washed alone because of our parents. Binders are delicate, and if you want yours to last, you need to wash it properly. It can be machine washed on the delicate setting, but not everyone has access to a washing machine, or has enough delicate clothes to do a load as often as you’d need. Also some of us can’t risk parents finding a binder in the wash. Here is a step by step process on how to hand wash a binder. (The steps go along with the pictures in order)
1. Fill your sink with room temp-cold water
2. Put your binder in the sink and swirl it around so it all gets wet
3. Add lite detergent, soap, or shampoo (I used some hypoallergenic shampoo because getting the detergent from downstairs looks suspiciois)
4. Swirl it around some more and scrub it a bit. You should see the water turn a gross color because binders get gross.
5. Drain the sink and rinse out the bubbles
6. Rinse the binder with room temp-cold wster, making sure to get all of the soap off
7. Ring it out as good as you can
8. (Optional step because I find it helpful but you don’t need to) place the binder in as towel and dry it a bit by hand to get some more moisture out
9. Hang to dry in a closet or bathroom, away from any fans or heaters

mental illness is weird because even if the toughest shit has been going on i didn’t shed a tear and then literally got a mental breakdown because i couldn’t find my watch the other day

Can we talk about this?!
HEY remember in WWII when Jewish people were fleeing Germany and the USA put a quota on how many Jewish immigrants they would accept because they were worried there were too many Jewish people coming over to the USA???
Reminder that the USA has always been fucking garbage to immigrants and basic humanity
Here’s how you can help:

- Support the Rainbow Railroad, actively involved in rescuing LGBTQ+ facing violence in their home countries
- Read this article by out.com for more ways you can help stop Chechnya’s concentration camps
Please reblog this. There’s a lot of arguing in the reblogs/replies, but no links to actual concrete ways to become of help to these people.
